Section 0400-40-12-.04 - PENALTIES(1) As provided in T.C.A. § 69-3-136, if an operator fails to give the notice required by Rule 0400-40-12-.03 and T.C.A. § 69-3-134, or to comply with a stop work order issued pursuant to Rule0400-40-12-.02 and T.C.A. § 69-3-133, the Commissioner may assess civil penalties against the operator of up to $10,000 per day for each day such failure continues pursuant to T.C.A. § 69-3-115(a)(1)(E).Tenn.
