Section 0400-40-10-.01 - GENERAL(1) This chapter states the manner in which the Department may issue general permits in accordance with § 402 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1342) and T.C.A. § 69-3-108.(2) Electronic reporting. This chapter requires the submission of forms developed by the Commissioner in order for a person to comply with certain requirements, including, but not limited to, making reports, submitting monitoring results, and applying for permits. The Commissioner may make these forms available electronically and, if submitted electronically, then that electronic submission shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 0400-01-40. Electronic submission is required when available unless waived by the Commissioner in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 127.15, which is hereby incorporated by reference as published in the July 1, 2022, edition of the Code of Federal Regulations.
