Section 0400-20-11-.10 - AMENDMENT OR RENEWAL

(1) An application for amendment of a license may be filed in accordance with paragraphs (7) and (8) of Rule 0400-20-11-.08 and shall fully describe the requested license amendment. .

(2) In determining whether an amendment to a license will be approved, the Department will apply the criteria set forth in paragraph (1) of Rule 0400-20-11-.09.
