Section 0400-20-11-.04 - LICENSE REQUIRED(1) No person may receive, possess and dispose of radioactive waste containing radioactive material at a land disposal facility unless authorized by a license issued by the Department pursuant to this Chapter.(2) Each person shall file an application with the Department and obtain a license as provided in this Chapter before commencing construction of a land disposal facility.
