Section 0400-20-10-.23 - MODIFICATION, REVOCATION, AND TERMINATION OF LICENSES(1) The terms and conditions of all licenses may be subject to amendment, revision, or modification or the license may be suspended or revoked by reason of amendments to T.C.A. §§ 68-202-201 et seq., or by reason of rules or regulations issued by the Department.(2) Any license may be revoked, suspended, or modified, in whole or in part, for any material false statement in the application or in any statement of fact required under provisions of the Act, or because of conditions revealed by such application or statement of fact or any report, record, or inspection or other means that would warrant the Department to refuse to grant a license on an original application, or for violation of, or failure to observe any of the terms and conditions of T.C.A. §§ 68-202-201 et seq., or of the license, or of any rule or regulation of the Department. This action will be taken pursuant to T.C.A. Title 68, Chapter 202.(3) The Division may terminate a specific license upon request submitted by the licensee to the Division in writing.Tenn. Comp.
