Section 0400-20-10-.08 - TYPES OF LICENSES(1) Licenses for radioactive materials are of two types:(a) General licenses provided for in this Chapter are effective without the filing of applications with the Division or the issuance of licensing documents to particular persons; however, the Division will require reporting of devices covered by the particular general license in accordance with part (2)(c)13 of Rule 0400-20-10-.10.(b) Specific licenses are issued to named persons upon applications filed pursuant to this chapter.Tenn.
