Section 0400-20-07-.10 - LICENSE REQUIRED(1) A person shall only manufacture, produce, prepare, acquire, receive, possess, use, or transfer radioactive material for medical use in accordance with a specific license issued by the Division, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, or an Agreement State or as allowed in paragraphs (2) and (3) of this rule.(2) An individual may receive, possess, use, or transfer radioactive material in accordance with the regulations in this rule under the supervision of an authorized user as provided in Rule 0400-20-07-.19, unless prohibited by a license condition.(3) An individual may prepare unsealed radioactive material for medical use in accordance with the regulations in this rule under the supervision of an authorized nuclear pharmacist or authorized user as provided in Rule 0400-20-07-.19 unless prohibited by a license condition.Tenn.
