Section 0400-20-05-.93 - FURTHER RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF RESPIRATORY PROTECTION EQUIPMENT(1) The Division may impose restrictions in addition to those in Rules 0400-20-05-.91 and 0400-20-05-.92 and in Schedule RHS 8-32 to:(a) Ensure that the respiratory protection program of the licensee is adequate to limit doses of individuals from intakes of airborne radioactive materials consistent with maintaining total effective dose equivalent ALARA; and(b) Limit the extent to which a licensee may use respiratory protection equipment instead of process or other engineering controls.Tenn.
