Section 0400-02-09-.08 - PUBLICITY

Information about Tennessee Archaeological areas and appropriate descriptive material shall be developed and made available to all interested persons. Publicity shall be avoided which would tend to induce the general public to visit an area, except to such extent as is compatible with the maximum desirable visitor use for the area as established by the Master Plan.
