Section 0400-02-02-.09 - EXPLOSIVES(1) The use or possession of explosives is prohibited except upon written permission of the Park Manager. Any authorized use or possession of explosives shall conform with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws.(2) The use or possession of fireworks and firecrackers is prohibited, except upon written permission of the Park Manager.Tenn.
