Section 0360-04-01-.08 - WRITTEN EXAMINATIONS(1) Written examinations shall be scheduled by the Commission office.(2) A site for a written examination shall: (a) Have sufficient space with tables/desks and chairs for the applicants;(b) Have sufficient lighting;(c) Be sufficiently free of outside noise or other distractions which could interfere with the examination;(d) Be reasonably comfortable with respect to the environment so as not to provide a distraction from the examination; and(e) Meet all ADA requirements.(3) The Commission representative shall ensure that the site meets these requirements prior to the start of the written examination.Tenn.
