Section 0360-03-01-.56 - FIRE MARSHAL(1) A Fire Marshal shall successfully complete all of the requirements for Fire Marshal as prescribed in NFPA 1037, Standard on Fire Marshal Professional Qualifications, and Commission rules, regulations and policies.(2) A Fire Marshal shall complete a Commission-approved training course.(3) A Fire Marshal shall successfully pass the examination(s) for Fire Marshal as promulgated by the Commission.Tenn.
