Section 0360-03-01-.14 - HAZARDOUS MATERIALS AWARENESS CERTIFICATION(1) A candidate for Hazardous Materials Awareness Certification shall successfully complete all requirements of Hazardous Materials Awareness Certification as prescribed in Commission rules, regulations, and policies.(2) A candidate for Hazardous Materials Awareness Certification shall successfully complete a Commission-approved training course compliant with NFPA 472 or NFPA 1072.(3) A candidate for Hazardous Materials Awareness Certification shall successfully pass the examination(s) for Hazardous Materials Awareness Certification as promulgated by the Commission.Tenn.
