Section 0360-01-01-.04 - APPEALS PROCESS

All decisions by the Director and the Commission shall be made in accordance with the Commission's rules and policies. All appeals and contested cases shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, T.C.A. Title 4, Chapter 5.
