Section 0260-03-.13 - PROFESSIONAL ETHICS

Chiropractic x-ray technologists shall not engage in immoral, unprofessional, unethical, or dishonorable conduct. Immoral, unprofessional, unethical, or dishonorable conduct shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

(1) Conduct designed to, or likely to deceive, or harm the public.
(2) Being a party to or aiding and abetting the violation of these regulations or the laws of the State of Tennessee regulating the practice of chiropractic x-ray technologist.
(3) Conduct interpreted to be sexual contact or physically inappropriate in a clinical setting, or inappropriate touching of the genitalia, anus, or breast.
(4) The intentional or negligent use of any false, fraudulent, or forged statement, writing or document, or the use of any fraudulent, deceitful, dishonest, or immoral practice in connections with any of the certification requirements of T.C.A. § 63-4-119.
