Section 0250-04-10-.10 - COMPLIANCE

Each runaway house agency must cooperate in every way with the Tennessee Department of Children's Services in complying with these standards and in providing appropriate reports, data, etc., as requested by the Tennessee Department of Children's Services.

Original rule filed June 28, 1984; effective July 28, 1984. Rule assigned a new control number, removed and renumbered from 1240-4-10-.10 filed and effective March 25, 1999.
