Section 0240-10-06-.06 - CONFLICTS OF INTEREST(1) The student conduct process will be carried out in a manner that is free from conflicts of interest consistent with due process of law.(2) A University employee shall not act on behalf of OSA in the student conduct process in any case in which: (a) The employee is a Complainant or a witness;(b) The employee serves in an advisory or supervisory capacity to the Complainant and/or Respondent or student organization; or(c) The employee determines, for any other reason (e.g., personal prejudice or bias), that he/she cannot be fair or impartial.Tenn.
