Section 0240-07-07-.01 - PURPOSE(1) A student residence facility is a densely populated community composed of students with many different interests, habits, and tastes. Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU or University) is committed to the concept that on-campus student residence facilities should provide an atmosphere conducive to both living and learning, where in a spirit of cooperation and consideration of others, students may live, study and relax together.
