Section 0200-03-.10 - LAVATORIES AND SHAMPOO BOWLS(1) All lavatories and shampoo bowls shall be kept clean and free from soiled linens. Back bars and mirrors shall likewise be kept clean at all times.(2) All lavatories must have hot and cold running water.Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0200-03-.10
