Section 0180-29-.11 - APPLICATION DEEMED COMPLETE(1) An application filed pursuant to this Chapter is deemed complete when the Commissioner has received all of the information required by this Chapter;(2) If an incomplete application is received, the Commissioner will give written notice to the applicant no later than thirty (30) days from the date the original application was received that further information is necessary. The applicant will be allowed thirty (30) days after receipt of the notice to provide the requested information. If the requested information is not provided within thirty (30) days, or such additional time as the Commissioner may approve, the application will be denied as being incomplete.Tenn. Comp.
