Section 0180-22-.06 - INVALIDITY

If any provision of this rule or the application thereof to any bank or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the provisions or applications of the rule which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application and, to that end, the provisions of this rule are declared to be severable.
