Section 0180-09-01-.04 - INTERSTATE BRANCHING OF STATE-CHARTERED CREDIT UNIONS(1) Subject to the prior written approval of the commissioner of financial institutions and to the provisions of this Chapter and to the approval of the appropriate regulatory authority of the foreign state, a state-chartered credit union may establish a branch or branches in states where reciprocal recognition and authority are given to credit unions chartered in Tennessee.Tenn.
