Section 0145-05-.03 - PERMITS FOR AMATEUR EVENTS(1) A promoter of an amateur event of unarmed combat shall obtain a permit from the Commission not less than thirty (30) days prior to the event.(2) Applications for permits shall be submitted on forms prescribed by the Commission. The applicant shall completely and truthfully respond to all questions or requests for information propounded on, or in connection with, the application. Provided that the information is complete, the application shall be processed by the Commission within five (5) business days of receipt thereof.(3) The fee for the permit shall be fifty dollars ($50.00); however, if the applicant establishes for the Commission that it is a non-profit organization, as that term is defined within the United States revenue code, the fee shall be waived.Tenn.
