Section 0120-04-.06 - INITIAL REGISTRATION(1) An initial certificate of registration shall be issued upon: (a) The Board's determination that all the applicable prerequisites for registration have been met; and(b) The payment of application fees and other costs, if any, and the payment of an initial certificate of registration fee of one hundred forty dollars ($140.00) which shall be valid for two (2) years.Tenn.
