Section 0120-04-.02 - APPLICABILITY(1) Unless otherwise indicated, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to all applicants for registration as registered interior designers and all registered interior designers.(2) Rule 0120-04-.11C ivil Penalties, paragraphs (2) through (4), shall apply to any person required to be registered to use the title "registered interior designer."Tenn.
