Section 0100-06-.06 - WHOLESALE SALES AND EMPLOYEE PERMITS(1) Any permit issued by the Commission pursuant to T.C.A. § 57-3-203(d) or (e) shall be valid for a period of five (5) years from its date of issuance.(2) Any person seeking a permit authorized pursuant to T.C.A. § 57-3-203(d) or (e) shall submit an application in writing to the Commission on forms approved by the Commission.(3) No application for permit issued pursuant to T.C.A. § 57-3-203(d) or (e) shall be considered unless the application is accompanied by a processing fee of twenty dollars ($20).Tenn.
