Section 0100-03-.07 - AUTHORIZED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES BY RETAILERS(1) A retail licensee is permitted to advertise or sell at retail items related to or incidental to the use, consumption, dispensing, or storage of alcoholic beverages, together with merchandise and supplies related to special events or parties.(2) The list of items a retail licensee may sell, contained in T.C.A. § 57-3-404(e)(4), is illustrative in nature and non-exclusive. The Commission shall have the right to specifically enumerate additional items it deems to be within the intent of the statute.(3) A retail licensee may conduct demonstrations at any time of nonalcoholic products, both within the licensed premises and at locations outside of the licensed premises, without any restrictions and is not subject to any advertising restrictions of such demonstrations or other events occurring upon its premises or away from its premises, except as expressly set forth in Rules 0100-03-.01 through 0100-03-.08.
