Section 0080-06-26-.08 - ASSEMBLY AND INSPECTION OF REGULATED ARTICLES(1) Any person (other than a person authorized to issue certificates under 0080-6-26-.06(2) of this subpart) who desires to move a regulated article intrastate accompanied by a certificate must notify an inspector as far in advance of the desired intrastate movement as possible, but no less than 14 days before the desired intrastate movement.(2) The regulated article must be assembled at the place and in the manner the inspector designates as necessary to comply with this subpart.Tenn.
