Section 0080-06-22-.10 - TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL(1) The Commissioner is authorized to stop a person and to inspect any article or means of transportation or conveyance moving into, within, or from the State of Tennessee when he has reasonable grounds or probable cause to believe that such items are infested with the boll weevil; and the Commissioner is authorized to seize, treat, destroy, or otherwise dispose of any articles found to be moving in violation of these rulesTenn.
