Section 0080-05-07-.08 - REPORTS(1) All sales of tanks, applicators, and systems by Dealers to Consumers shall be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours; except that in the case of sales to another Dealer, no report is necessary.(2) Any accident (fire, explosion, or collision) involving anhydrous ammonia or where anhydrous ammonia is installed or being carried by truck, shall be reported by telephone or telegraph to the Commissioner of Agriculture as soon as possible so that an investigation made be made by this office before the area is disturbed.Tenn.
