Section 0080-02-03-.08 - GOATS(1) All goats entering fairs and exhibitions, including wethers, shall have an official certificate of veterinary inspection as provided in Rule 0080-02-03-.01(1), and shall be officially, permanently identified by a method set forth in 9 C.F.R. 79.1 - 79.4.Tenn.
