Section 0080-01-01-.01 - APPLICATION FOR AID(1) Application for state aid allotment must be made upon forms approved and provided by the Commissioner of Agriculture.(2) Such survey questionnaires as may be approved by the Commissioner and requested to be completed by applicants for state aid shall be answered completely and accurately. Failure to fully answer survey questionnaires may be justification for denying the applicant's request for aid.(3) Completed application forms must be received by the Department of Agriculture not later than the 10th day of June preceding the fiscal period (July 1-June 30) for which aid is requested.Tenn.
