Section 0030-02-01-.03 - INTRASTATE ALLOCATION FORMULA(1) Each Area Agency on Aging and Disability shall receive a base award of $50,000. The remainder of the funds will be equitably distributed between urban and rural areas. The formula for fund distribution will be according to each region's share of the state's population age 18 and over with self-care limitations, and according to the limitations set forth in Rule 0030-01-10-.01(1)(e).(2) The formula will be reviewed and updated as often as necessary and reviewed and updated when a state plan is submitted to the Administration for Community Living.Tenn.
