Section 0020-03-.12 - DISCREDITABLE ACTS(1) A licensee shall not commit any act that reflects adversely on the profession.(2) A licensee or a candidate for licensure who solicits, discloses, and/or uses information obtained through violation of any nondisclosure statement of the Uniform CPA Examination shall be considered to have committed an act discreditable to the profession.Tenn.
