Section 0020-01-.09 - DENIAL OF CERTIFICATE(1) An applicant denied a certificate shall be notified in writing by the Board of such denial and the reasons therefore. Such applicant may request an appearance before the Board to reconsider such denial at its next scheduled meeting.
