Section 74:56:05:15 - Monitoring wells may be required

Based on site conditions and the presence or suspected presence of groundwater contamination, the department may require the responsible person to install and sample monitoring wells to determine the groundwater gradient and quality. All wells must be drilled and constructed in accordance with chapter 74:02:04.
