Section 74:56:03:29 - Used AST systems

Any AST system which has been permanently closed may not be brought into use for the storage of regulated substances unless the tank is upgraded to meet requirements in §§ 74:56:03:04 and 74:56:03:09.

AST systems shall not be reused for the storage of food or potable water.
