Section 74:54:02:26 - Determination of probable out-of-compliance status

Determination of probable out-of-compliance status shall be based on the sample value for any one groundwater contaminant that exceeds the permitted allowable limit, within the established laboratory quality assurance, in any one sample from the compliance monitoring point.
