Section 74:52:05:04 - Notice for application denial

Once an application is complete and the secretary tentatively decides to deny the permit application, the secretary shall issue a notice of intent to deny the application. A notice of intent to deny the permit application follows the same procedures as those contained in this chapter for a proposed permit.
