Section 74:52:02:33 - Inspection of small aquatic animal production facilities required before subjecting to SWD regulations

A permit application is not required from a concentrated aquatic animal production facility designated under § 74:52:02:32 until the secretary has conducted an on-site inspection of the facility and has determined that the facility could and should be covered by chapters 74:52:01 to 74:52:11, inclusive.
