Section 74:52:02:14 - Application requirements for POTWs with approved pretreatment programs

In addition to the application requirements in § 74:52:02:08, POTWs with approved local pretreatment programs shall provide the secretary a written technical evaluation of the need to revise local limits as defined by § 74:52:11:01.
