Section 74:36:12:03 - Exceptions granted to alfalfa palletizes or dehydrators

The owner or operator of a facility that pelletizes or dehydrates alfalfa, or that does both, may discharge into the ambient air an air pollutant of a density no greater than 30 percent opacity, as established by the Environmental Protection Agency's Method 9 in 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Appendix A (July 1, 2018).
