Section 74:36:12:01 - Restrictions on visible emissions

The owner or operator of a source may not discharge into the ambient air from a single unit of emissions an air pollutant of a density equal to or greater than that designated as 20 percent opacity, as established by the Environmental Protection Agency's Method 9 in 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Appendix A (July 1, 2018).
