Section 74:36:07:90 - Standards of performance for stationary spark ignition internal combustion engines

The standards of performance for stationary spark combustion engines are those in 40 C.F.R. § 60, Subpart JJJJ (July 1, 2018). A source subject to Subpart JJJJ is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart JJJJ. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart JJJJ.
