Section 74:36:07:76.01 - Standards of performance for equipment leaks of VOC in petroleum refineries

The standards of performance for equipment leaks in petroleum refineries for which construction, reconstruction, or modification commenced after November 7, 2006, are those in 40 C.F.R. § 60, Subpart GGGa, (July 1, 2018).
