Section 74:36:07:42.01 - Additional reporting for existing municipal solid waste landfills

The owner or operator of an existing municipal solid waste landfill that meets the requirements of subdivisions 74:36:07:34(1) and (2) shall submit an initial nonmethane organic compound emission rate report within 90 days of the effective date of EPA's approval of the state's § 111(d) plan required in the Clean Air Act and annually or every five years thereafter in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 60.757(b) (July 1, 2018).
