Section 74:36:07:39 - Existing municipal solid waste landfill operational standards for collection and control systems The owner or operator of an existing municipal solid waste landfill that meets the requirements of § 74:36:07:34 shall meet the operational standards for collection and control systems in 40 C.F.R. § 60.753 (July 1, 2018).
