Section 74:36:07:25 - Standards of performance for petroleum dry cleaners

The standards of performance for petroleum dry cleaners are those in 40 C.F.R. § 60, Subpart JJJ (July 1, 2018). A source subject to Subpart JJJ is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart JJJ . Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart JJJ.
