Section 74:36:07:127 - Existing municipal solid waste landfill revised plan submittal The owner or operator of an existing municipal solid waste landfill that meets the requirements of § 74:36:07:105 shall submit a revised design plan to the Secretary for approval:
1. At least 90 days before expanding operations to an area not covered by the previously approved design plan; and2. Prior to installing or expanding the gas collection system in a way that is not consistent with the previously approved design plan.S.D. Admin. R. 74:36:07:127
