Section 74:36:07:01 - New source performance standards

The general provisions for new source performance standards are those in 40 C.F.R. § 60, Subpart A (July 1, 2018). For the purposes of this chapter, "administrator" means the secretary, except for those authorities that cannot be delegated to the state, in which case "administrator" means both the administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency and the secretary.
